CHS allowed me to take direct, relevant college-level classes while still in high school for a fraction of the cost of college tuition. The classes were helpful in developing problem solving and critical thinking skills, which directly applied to my undergraduate major in Civil Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, and my MBA program at George Washington University.

The experience provided a unique opportunity to gain further insight on my potential major which gave me a head start in my college experience. CHS classes helped me not to feel intimidated by college and gave me the confidence that I can succeed as long as put in the work. CHS provides a unique opportunity for high school students to both build their college "résumé" and gain valuable experience with college-level curriculum.
