For Teachers

CHS-certified high school teachers collaborate with Pitt's world-class faculty to deliver courses that earn both high school and University of Pittsburgh credit.

The first step in offering CHS courses in a high school is for teachers to become certified by CHS. To gain certification, complete an application through Aspire which will by reviewed by Pitt Faculty. Certification is granted once the application is approved and you attend a teacher-orientation program. Interested high school principals, superintendents, or teachers should contact the CHS office.
