CHS Grade Rosters

Teachers receive a blank grade roster for the CHS course in Aspire. It is important that teachers review their rosters promptly for missing names, name spelling errors, or other inaccuracies, so corrections can be made immediately. 

Grade Procedures

Teachers submit Pitt grades through Aspire. It is important that teachers review their student rosters in Aspire for missing names, spelling errors, or other inaccuracies. Teachers should notify the CHS office with any roster changes or corrections. Rosters must be accurate in the University system before grades can be officially submitted for classes. Teachers must provide a letter grade for each student, and may use plus and minus grades. Teachers should submit CHS grades the day they report final grades to their school, or by June 20. Students should wait until after June 30 to request a transcript.

Teachers cannot award a “W” (withdrawal grade) for any student. Students who went through the proper withdrawal procedure (see above) will have a “W” already appear on the class roster.
